Ella began training gymnastics from an early age. She progressed quickly, and her passion for the sport sparked her career as an instructor. Her career is decorated with state and regional titles and marked by influential roles in sport's administration. As the Program Director and Head Coach of Rhythmic Ribbon of Texas Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy, Coach Ella's devotion to rhythmic gymnastics is the cornerstone of her professional life. Her coaching style is a unique blend of precision and passion, a distinctive approach that has guided gymnasts to numerous accolades throughout her career, including state and regional championship titles as well as membership in the USAG National Team.

She serves in a leadership capacity within the gymnastics community, her work as the Texas State Chair and Region 6 Chair for the USAG demonstrate her influence and commitment to governance within the sport. Her roles have allowed her to implement policies and initiatives that bolster the rhythmic gymnastics community, shaping the sport's future.

She has been a USAG Certified Professional Member since 1991, maintaining her status through continued education and adherence to the profession's highest standards.

​

Her educational background, including a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and a Certified Pedorthist
(CPed) credential, equips her with a broad understanding of athlete care from both mental and physical perspectives.
